High-Quality Development Research — One ESS Saves 4M CNY Annually

The newly launched Skyworth "Zero-Carbon Green Technology Industrial Park" in Shiyan, Shenzhen, combines PV, storage, charging, and transportation. Its 15.6MWh industrial storage station stores 8 million kWh per year, saving over RMB 4 million in electricity costs annually.
Photovoltaic systems convert solar energy into electricity, powering the park while storing surplus energy for later use; meanwhile, this electricity also feeds the park's ultra-fast charging stations for new energy vehicles. The Skyworth Zero-Carbon Green Technology Industrial Park, recently inaugurated in Shiyan, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, presents a vibrant, green landscape. Adopting the "PV-storage-charging-transportation integrated" technology and operation model, it is expected to become a green ecological benchmark for Shenzhen's "Ultra-Charging City" initiative.
"The Zero-Carbon Green Technology Industrial Park is a complete presentation of Skyworth's new energy strategy and a concrete action in response to the national dual-carbon strategy and green development," said Mr. Huang Hongsheng, founder of Skyworth Group. "We will continue to increase investment and deepen our presence in the new energy industry, helping Shenzhen build a world-class Ultra-Charging City."
Integrated PV-storage-charging-transportation in practice. A 15.6MWh commercial & industrial storage station in the park stores 8 million kWh of electricity annually, saving over RMB 4 million in electricity costs each year and providing critical support for the park's green energy system. It is also Bao'an District's first 10kV-level large-scale commercial & industrial storage grid-connected project. The "Lingguang" ultra-fast charging station launched in the park, built on the "PV-storage-charging-transportation integrated" technology, not only achieves efficient use of green energy but also delivers an "ultra-fast charging" experience for new energy vehicle users. The time-saving charging experience turns "a cup of coffee, fully charged" into reality.
Mr. He Xuan, Vice President of Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Shenzhen Skyworth Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., explained: "Within the park, the PV system continuously converts solar energy into electricity, providing clean energy supply. The storage system acts as a huge 'energy warehouse' — peak shaving and valley filling, releasing energy during peak demand to resolve the park's 'electricity anxiety' and ensure stable energy supply." The advanced ultra-fast charging service also provides employees and park enterprises' new energy vehicles with a convenient, rapid charging experience, further promoting the adoption of new energy vehicles.
Experts from the China Development Institute (Shenzhen) noted that this green ecological park not only achieves energy self-sufficiency and circular utilization but also significantly reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions, making a positive contribution to environmental protection and sustainable development.
Deep cultivation and leading in niche tracks. Against the backdrop of the global energy structure transition, Skyworth Group, together with Kaiwo New Energy Vehicle Group, is building a green, efficient, and intelligent new energy ecosystem through "PV-storage-charging-transportation integration," leading the new energy industry in niche segments. Skyworth had already prepared in technology, channels, operations, and application scenarios, and is now reaping the rewards. In the PV sector, by the end of 2023, Skyworth had built and connected more than 400,000 residential PV systems, generating revenue of RMB 23.4 billion and ranking among the top three in the industry. In the storage sector, Skyworth has a fully self-developed smart energy management system that precisely monitors site operations, ensuring system safety and adapting to diverse scenarios including factories, commercial buildings, and small stations. In charging technology, Skyworth achieves stable 600kW constant-power output under full liquid cooling, combined with BMS (battery management system) requirements for intelligent EV charging.
PV-storage-charging expanding globally. Mr. He Xuan said the company will use participation in Shenzhen's "Ultra-Charging City" construction as a starting point to bring its PV-storage-charging business to the world, going global in coordination with Skyworth's full-category product portfolio. According to the plan, Skyworth aims to build 50 "Zero-Carbon Green Technology Industrial Parks" nationwide and deploy more than 100 PV-storage-charging stations serving public vehicles globally. More than 10 projects are currently under construction in mainland China, and cooperation projects in Hong Kong, Mexico, and South Africa have been initiated.
Skyworth Group management stated that the company will continue to increase investment and R&D in the new energy sector, driving continuous innovation and application of PV-storage-charging-transportation integration technology. The Zero-Carbon Green Technology Industrial Park will play a demonstrative and leading role in new energy innovation and development.
